We've been on the South Beach diet for almost a month. I'm down almost 15 lbs. I've felt well fed the whole time, and if I actually start getting off my lazy ass and exercising, I'm gonna get downright skinny.
Today TBWITWW made:
Kale Chips
Beef Jerky (we got a counter-top convection oven, made these first two things super easy)
Pizza with a cauliflower crust (sounds odd, but it was delicious, but she says not worth the work required) (similar to this)
Cauliflower "Hot wings" (not 100% successful, might work better as a taco filling sort of thing. Similar to this)
Roasted Chick Peas
Chipotle pepitas and pecans
Yup. She's freakin awesome.
