I hope you all had a Merry Christmas. If you don't celebrate Christmas, I don't care. Anyone who is offended by a wish of a good day, is an idiot. I hope you have a happy hanukah, kwanza, ramadan, new year, easter, flag day, and August 23rd as well. But anyway...
Christmas was great for me. Last weekend my MIL came up and we exchanged gifts. Yesterday started with a phone call from the in-laws so we could be "there" when my nephew opened his presents. He got lots of fun stuff. Daddy is a carpenter, and he got toy tools... saw, hammer and workbench, among other things. Being the brilliant child he is, he proceded to use his saw to "open" the rest of his gifts. Nothing beats the excitement of a child on Christmas day. Then my wife and I used our new stick blender and waffle-iron to make breakfast. We spent the rest of the morning starting to file our Honeymoon pictures (that we finally got developed) into albums. It was a lot of fun to see our pictures and remember all the stuff we did. Then it was off to see LOTR, with a stop at the Hong Kong Buffet for lunch. Cheap, good food with no clean-up. Can't beat that. All in all it was a very good day. But now I'm off to work. Hope everything is well for you.
